Trip list

“My trip” stays in this browser’s localStorage. Clearing site data deletes it. We do not sync that list to a server.

Visitor notes

If you share an experience, we store the nickname, the note, a password hash (not the password itself), and the time it was sent. Notes are reviewed before they appear on a public page. You can edit or delete your note later with the password you chose. Do not include names, room numbers, or other personal data you would not want published.

Analytics cookies

If Google Analytics is configured, a banner asks whether we may load it. Accept stores a local preference and then loads standard traffic metrics (pages viewed, approximate location, device). Decline stores that choice and loads no analytics script. The preference stays in this browser only.

Admin cookies

Import and moderation tools use a server secret and a short-lived httpOnly session cookie. They are not part of the public product.
