Seoulham Park is a ship-themed park created from three decommissioned naval vessels, including ROKS Seoul, which served 30 years in maritime defense, plus a Chamsuri patrol boat and a submarine. The three ships, preserved in their original form, offer unusual exhibitions and hands-on spaces not often seen, giving Hangang Park visitors something new to see and do. The park comprises an information center, ROKS Seoul, the Chamsuri boat, the submarine, a media wall, and a multipurpose plaza. The Chamsuri, a fast patrol boat that guarded Korea’s coasts, lets visitors experience interior work spaces such as the deck, communications room, and wheelhouse, and watch on a large screen the story of Joseon naval forces through today’s ROK Navy and of old ships and modern warships. ROKS Seoul, a Korean-type frigate floating on the Hangang, preserves living spaces on the first deck and work spaces on decks 2–4 for a vivid experience. In the evening, busking is also held on the bow and stern decks, so visitors can enjoy the Hangang sunset and a performance at once. Mangwon Hangang Park and Mangwon Market are nearby, making it a good outing with family, friends, or a partner.
