Yerimdang Art Hall is a cultural space for children. It reopened as Yerimdang Art Hall in July 2018 together with NC Company. It was founded as an imagination playground to grow children’s imagination, and it is filled with cultural content meant to plant dreams in children and bring back memories for parents. Through performances and cultural events pitched at a child’s level, it has established itself as a leading Korean cultural space that puts children first. It is a 439-seat medium theater, with seating split between the first and second floors. The first floor is divided into VIP and S seats, so the performance can be enjoyed close to the actors; surprise play during the show is also part of the experience. The second floor is all A seats, which cost less than the first floor and have the advantage of taking in the whole stage at a glance. The stage and seats were designed at a child’s eye level to nurture children’s sensibility. It has become a free-spirited space that offers dreams to children and rest to adults.
