Through an evocative interior design matching its brand identity, “STAY IN style,” and the operation of The Plaza concierge team—“designers who present guests with a perfect day”—it has expanded services once limited to in-house guests across rooms, banquets, and restaurants, pursuing luxury boutique style and tailored convenience. Since January 2016, through a partnership with Autograph Collection, Marriott International’s luxury lifestyle brand—the first such partnership in Korea—it has presented a further upgraded luxury hotel that combines the strengths of a chain and a local hotel.
