Visit details

Sajik Park, 188,710 m² west of the Government Complex on the southeast slope of Inwangsan, is built around Sajikdan (a historic site) founded by Yi Seong-gye in 1395 with Jongmyo. Sa is the earth god and jik the grain god; rites there asked for good harvests. There are a playground, statues of Yi I and Shin Saimdang, Hwanghakjeong archery range, and a municipal children’s library; Dangun Shrine and Jongno Library are nearby. Inwangsan trails are about a five-minute walk.
