Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education Children’s Library, Korea’s only public library only for children, opened in 1979 for the International Year of the Child, in Sajik Park on Inwangsan. Holdings include dictionaries, computers, school subjects, science, art, classics, original stories, history, and geography for kindergarten and elementary ages. Some items may be borrowed. Rooms 1 and 2, a preschool room, and a digital room are provided, plus an exhibition space, classes, and reading clubs.
